PILATES

This is an add-on class for students currently taking other dance classes.

Our Pilates classes are designed to cross-train dancers by rebalancing and stabilizing joints, strengthening muscles for injury prevention and stretching the body for optimal performance. Each class will teach dancers how to generate stability and power from their core to enhance their dancing abilities. 

CLASS SCHEDULE

  • Pilates 2 (ages 11-19) - $50/month  

Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

  • Pilates 3: (12-19) - $50/month  

Thursdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.
